Education and Training Structure
In order to ceaselessly provide high quality services, NTAS implements thorough education and training based on its own training management guidelines. Each of the three broad divisions in NTAS education and training, "safety education", "skills training", and "instructor training," are divided into a number of items groups, and checks are put in place for even more detailed categories. These checks must be passed in our actual everyday work. Recurrent training courses are held regularly as we strive to maintain acquired skill and knowledge levels. This thorough training and education system ensures that each member of our staff is highly skilled and enables us to provide a stable, high quality handling services.

Qualifications and Approval System
NTAS has a system of qualifications and approvals for each type of handling work. Only after obtaining qualifications or approval by passing the strict training and examination implemented by instructors is a member of our staff allowed to work. There are more than 250 types of qualification or approval. The reason for introducing such a system was to ensure that each member of our staff could properly perform each and every duty without being adversely affected by different environments or situations. This is matter-of-course training as for as NTAS is concerned. As ground handling contractors we know the importance of high safety standards.
