July 2007 - Introduces "Air Suspension Truck"
Jointly with SHOWA AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY CO.,LTD, NTAS developed a "Air Suspension Truck".
We adopted a "Air Suspension Truck" because of prevention for cargo damage in "Ramp Area" transportation.

STEPPERS, Aircraft Engine and Parts, Medical equipments and All sensitive cargo.

- Characteristic -

In April 2004, NTAS commenced handing service for HDA.

April 2004 - Dispatches instructors
NTAS commenced dispatching instructors to airline professional schools as in Tokyo and Osaka.

February 2004 - Provides handling support in Shanghai
NTAS commenced handling support service in ANA Shanghai warehouse facilities. In order to improve comprehensive service quality NTAS is to expand its service at destination airports.

January 2004 - Records 2 million pieces in secure baggage handling  
With high attention of the handling staff and precise procedures, number of baggage handled properly without accident reached 2 million pieces.

January 2004 - Commences GSE Control System experiment
NTAS began experimental introduction of new GSE Control System which utilizes GPS. Development of new system has been started for full implementation.

November 2003 - Expands handling services for KLM
In addition to cargo handling, NTAS commenced ramp handling service for KLM.

February 2003 - Introduces 20-ton forklift
Jointly with Toyota, NTAS developed a 20-ton forklift the largest for air cargo handling in Japan. Quick handling of heavy cargo became possible.

December 2002 - Acquires ISO9001: 2000 certification
First among ramp handling agents in Narita International Airport, NTAS acquired ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

September 2002 - ANA introduced B-767F
NTAS dispatched instructors to Asian destinations (HKG, XMN, DLC, TSN, TAO and SEL) to provide training for rare B-767F.

July 2002 - Provides handling services for Air Hong Kong (AHK)
In July 2002, NTAS commenced handing service for AHK. Airbus A300 freighter operations training had been conducted in Hong Kong.
